Staff.

Breakfast staff was very rude, no printer for business travelers in
business center.

The lady in-charge of breakfast was very rude. The custodial staff was EXCELLENT. The hotel catered to oil roughnecks, there was always mud in both entrances, the mattress was slept out and the wireless connection was slow. There was no treadmill or workout room. staff was friendly and rooms were clean Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Didn't have any non-smoking doubles available, only one elevator & it was slow.

Hotel was good. Had to stay in a smoking room which didn't smell too bad but all of our clothes and luggage smelled of cigarettes after leaving.

The front desk staff was incredible! And in the room they have padded window seats.

Room service left a lot to be desired.

I had some down time and needed to take care of miscellaneous tasks. Since the hotel had no shuttle I had to take a cab and didn't want to call a bunch or spend a ton. So I asked the gal at the front desk, I needed to get my nails done, went to the laundry mat, and pick up some things from the store. Where could I went to do all that in one location? Clean, easy freeway access, friendly staff.

Room is very small, but has all of the basics.

This is fine for one or two nights. It is too small for long term stays. I would definitely stay here again, as the price was very reasonable.
